Compared with QuickBooks

QuickBooks already reminds.
It does not wait for you.

QuickBooks Online can send its own reminder for free. That is the real alternative to this product. TLDR is for the book where someone still has to read the note before a customer sees it.

QuickBooks reminders

  • Included with QuickBooks
  • Sends on a schedule you set
  • One product, one company
  • No approval step before the customer sees it

TLDR

  • Free for one automation on your own file
  • Drafts the reminder, then waits
  • Statements, aging, quotes, and a call list on the same connection
  • A firm pays $49 per client company
When should you stay in QuickBooks?

If a scheduled reminder is enough, and you are fine with it leaving on its own, you do not need this. QuickBooks already does that.

What TLDR reads

Open invoices and the customer email on each one. It does not create invoices, change amounts, or change due dates. After you send, it can write a note back on the invoice.

What it costs to try

One automation on a spreadsheet is free. Starter is $99 a month for a second automation. Live QuickBooks starts on Growth.
