What we store.
What we don’t claim.
A customer email leaves this product only after someone on the account clicks Send. Files sit in a private folder for that account, and you can delete them, or the whole account, from the portal. This page is the short version. It is not a certification.
Who gets a customer email?
Nobody, until you approve the draft. Alerts, lists, and the weekly brief come to you. A customer email goes to the address on the row. Reply-To is your address. When a sending domain is verified, From is that domain. Otherwise it is the mailbox configured on this site. Hard bounces and spam complaints are suppressed. Sample addresses at example.com are never mailed. A question about your data never sends email.
Where do files live?
Uploads and cleaned copies are stored per account in a private uploads folder that ships with a deny rule. Downloads go through the signed-in portal. Deleting files removes those copies. Deleting the account also drops drafts, results, and tool connections, and cancels an active Stripe subscription. The user directory is not public.
Who else sees data?
Stripe bills the plan. Nango holds the connection when you connect QuickBooks, Xero, Stripe, Shopify, HubSpot, or Salesforce. Wording and questions use an inference key saved on this site. Customers do not paste a key. A short excerpt and a column summary go to that provider, each plan caps the calls, and hitting the cap adds no charge. With no key, the column scan is the whole analysis. The free router in use may log prompts. We do not sell the data.
What does a proof link show?
The shareable proof page shows collected cash, hours saved, and how many reminders were sent. It never lists customers, invoice numbers, or email addresses.
What we do not claim
We do not claim SOC 2, ISO 27001, or a penetration test. A firm that requires those should not buy on this page alone. The host’s backups can outlive a delete for a while. A connected tool that stops responding is flagged in the portal and emailed once a week until it works again. Questions go to the address on the privacy policy.
