Ask for an introduction

A customer who paid in the last 14 days, and has nothing overdue, gets one note asking for a similar company. You approve it. Someone who still owes is left alone. It is not counted as collected cash, and the same customer is not asked again.

What it reads

Finds a customer who paid in the last 14 days and has nothing overdue, then drafts one note asking them to name a similar company. You approve it. A customer who still owes is left to the reminder.

Who hears about it

You approve. Nothing reaches a customer until you click Send.

Which plans

One of 31 built-in automations. Starter runs 2 from spreadsheets. Growth runs all 31 plus 10 you build, with live connections. Scale and Firm run all 31 plus 40 you build. A custom automation uses one plan slot.

The draft

One note per customer who paid in the last 14 days and has nothing overdue. You can edit it. Nothing sends until you click Send, and it is not counted as collected cash.

Subject Know one company like yours?

Hi Alex,

Glad that invoice is settled. If you know one company that pays the same way, reply with a name and an email. We will write them ourselves.

Thanks,
Jordan Lee
