30 automations.
Plus the one you build.
Each one runs when your columns match. In your account you can also build your own from a column and a rule. Customer emails wait until you click Send.
Build your own
One column, one rule, and who should hear about it. Email yourself when the matching rows change, or draft a message that waits until you click Send. This is how an automation that is not in the list below gets made.
In your account, once a file is uploaded. Uses one plan slot.
Get paid
Overdue reminders, statements, and a call list are the job. A reminder, a statement, a remaining balance, a thank-you, a welcome, or a win-back waits until you click Send. Aging, cash coming due, quiet customers, and the rest of the money list come to you.
Invoice follow-up
Finds unpaid invoices past their due date, drafts a reminder, and waits. You edit the wording. Nothing goes out until you click Send. A payment link is included when the source has one.
You approve
Quote follow-up
Open quotes and estimates that have sat for 14 days get a check-in draft when the row has an email. You send it. Quotes without an email are listed to you instead. Accepted, lost, invoiced, or expired rows are skipped.
You approve
Customer statement
One draft per customer with an open balance, listing every unpaid invoice. You approve it. A later run waits 30 days, or drafts again when the open set changes. A statement is not counted as collected cash.
You approve
Receivables aging
Groups open invoices into current, 1-30, 31-60, 61-90, and 90+ days and emails you the totals. It does not write to customers. The same buckets are not sent again until they change.
Email to you
Who to call
Emails you the overdue balances, largest first. The same list is not sent again until it changes. The customer is not emailed.
Email to you
One note per customer
When one customer has two or more overdue invoices, we draft a single note that lists them. You approve it. Leave per-invoice reminders off if you only want this note.
You approve
Partial payment
When a payment is recorded and money is still open, we draft a remaining-balance note. You approve it. It waits if a per-invoice reminder is already pending. It is not counted as collected cash.
You approve
Payment thank-you
Invoices marked paid in the last 14 days, with a paid date, get a short thank-you. You approve it. Older paid history is left alone. Nothing sends until you click Send, and a thank-you is not counted as collected cash.
You approve
Cash coming due
Emails you invoices due today through the next 7 days. The customer is not emailed. The same list is not sent again until it changes.
Email to you
Quiet customers
Emails you customers who have no open invoice and whose last due date is at least 60 days ago. They are not emailed. The same list is not sent again until it changes.
Email to you
Receivable concentration
Emails you when one customer is 40% or more of overdue dollars, and at least two customers owe money. The customer is not emailed.
Email to you
Duplicate invoices
The same invoice number on more than one row, where the amount or email disagrees, is emailed to you. Identical duplicate rows are left to sheet cleanup. Customers are not contacted.
Email to you
Missing invoice
Customers invoiced in at least two of the last three months, with nothing this month, are listed to you. It needs an invoice date, not a due date. It does not create the invoice or email the customer.
Email to you
Missing email
Open invoices with an amount and a due date, and no usable email, are listed to you. Customers are not emailed. Fill the address and invoice follow-up can draft the reminder.
Email to you
Large invoices
Any unpaid invoice of $5,000 or more is emailed to you, whether or not it is overdue. The customer is not emailed. The same list is not sent again until it changes.
Email to you
Credit balances
A negative amount, or a row marked as a credit memo, is emailed to you. Nobody else is emailed. The same list is not sent again until it changes.
Email to you
Failed payments
A status of failed, declined, NSF, bounced, chargeback, or uncollectible is emailed to you. The customer is not emailed. Open and paid rows are left alone.
Email to you
Bills due
A bill export with a vendor, an amount, and a due date is checked for anything overdue or due within 7 days. The list comes to you. Vendors are not emailed. A sheet that already has an invoice number is a customer invoice, not a bill.
Email to you
Vendor concentration
On a bill export, one vendor at 40% or more of the dollars is emailed to you when at least two vendors are listed. Vendors are not emailed. A sheet with an invoice number is treated as a customer invoice.
Email to you
New customer welcome
A customer whose earliest invoice date is within the last 14 days gets a short welcome. You approve it. Someone with an older invoice is left alone. A welcome is not counted as collected cash.
You approve
Win-back note
Customers who are paid up, and 60 days past their last due date, get a short note. You approve it. It is not counted as collected cash. Leave this off if you only want the quiet-customer list emailed to you.

Quotes and the pipeline
Stalled deals and leads that are still new are an alert to you. Quote check-ins sit with the money automations.
Pipeline alerts
Emails you open deals past their close date, biggest first. When the deal came from HubSpot or Salesforce, we log a note on it. We do not move the stage.
Email to you
Stale leads
A lead still new or open after three days is emailed to you. Won, lost, and closed rows are skipped. A sheet with a close date is a deal, not a lead.
Email to you
Also runs
The sheet itself: a cleaned file and a short brief. Customers are not emailed.
Data cleanup
Trims cells, lowercases emails, drops blank and duplicate rows, and gives you a CSV. Later automations read that cleaned copy.
Clean file
Weekly report
A short summary of the latest rows, emailed to you. With an analysis key, the smaller model may rewrite it until the daily cap, and the raw numbers stay underneath.
Email to you
Stock, renewals, and the work around the invoice
These read a different sheet: renewals, stock, tasks, expenses, or hours. Each one emails you. Customers are not emailed, and no invoice is created.
Renewals coming due
A renewal, contract, subscription, or expiration date in the next 30 days, or up to 7 days past, is emailed to you. Cancelled rows are skipped. The customer is not emailed.
Email to you
Low stock
On a product sheet, quantity at or below the reorder, minimum, or par column is emailed to you. A sheet with an invoice number is not treated as stock.
Email to you
Overdue tasks
A task or project past its due date, and not marked done, is emailed to you. Invoice sheets and deal sheets with a close date are left to those automations.
Email to you
Expense spike
On an expense sheet with at least four amounts, a row at least three times the median and at least $250 is emailed to you. Product sheets and invoice sheets are skipped.
Email to you
Unbilled time
Hours in the last 60 days, on a row whose invoice cell is blank, are emailed to you. It does not create the invoice or email the customer. Rows that already name an invoice are skipped.
