Any unpaid invoice of $5,000 or more is emailed to you, whether or not it is overdue. The customer is not emailed. The same list is not sent again until it changes.

Emails you each open invoice of $5,000 or more, including ones that are not yet due.

Email to you. This one never emails your customers or vendors.
