Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 3, 2026
This policy explains what information TLDR Solutions LLC (“TLDR,” “we,” “us”) collects through tldrco.io and our customer portal (the “Service”), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. TLDR Solutions LLC is an Illinois limited liability company, 4922 S Cornell Ave, Unit D, Chicago, IL 60615.
Two kinds of data, two roles
- Account and usage data about you as a customer or visitor. We decide how this is used, and this policy governs it.
- Customer data: files you upload, records we read from tools you connect, and the outputs we produce from them. Customer data may contain personal information about your own customers, employees or vendors. We process it only for you and on your instructions, to run the Service. You remain responsible for having the right to share it with us.
Information we collect
- Account details: name, email address, company name (if provided) and a password, which is stored only as a one-way hash.
- Business profile: answers you give in the portal, such as industry, team size, the work you want automated and the tools you use.
- Uploaded files: spreadsheets and exports you upload (up to 25 MB per file).
- Connected tools: if you connect a third-party tool (for example a CRM, billing or accounting system), we receive the data that the connection’s permissions allow. Access tokens are held by our integration provider, not on our web server.
- Billing details: your plan, subscription status and payment history. Card details are entered directly with Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Communications: emails and messages you send us.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps. Our hosting provider records these in standard server logs for security and reliability.
How we use it
- To create and secure your account and provide the Service: analyzing customer data, building and running automations, and showing results in your portal.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To send service emails such as account confirmations, password resets, and notices that results are ready.
- To keep the Service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We use customer data only to provide the Service to you. We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use customer data to train general-purpose AI models.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service. They may use it only to perform services for us:
- Hostinger: website hosting, file storage and server logs.
- Stripe: payment processing and subscription billing.
- Nango: secure connections and token management for third-party tools you choose to connect.
- Email delivery providers: to send service emails.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. In that case this policy continues to apply to the information transferred.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and secure your session. You can block cookies in your browser, but the portal will not work without them. We do not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics, we will update this policy first.
How long we keep it
- Uploaded files: until you delete them in the portal or close your account.
- Account and customer data: for as long as your account is open. After you close it, we delete it within 30 days. Copies in routine backups are overwritten as those backups rotate.
- Billing and tax records: as long as the law requires, typically seven years.
Security
All traffic to the Service is encrypted in transit with TLS. Uploaded files are stored in access-restricted storage that is not publicly reachable, and passwords are hashed. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as the law requires.
Your choices and rights
You can view and update your account information and delete uploaded files in the portal at any time. Depending on where you live, including California and other U.S. states with privacy laws, and the EU/UK, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To make a request, email privacy@tldrco.com from the address on your account. We will verify your identity and respond within the time the law requires. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
If you are an individual whose information is in a customer’s data, please contact that customer first. We will help them respond to your request.
International users
We are based in the United States, and our providers store data in the U.S. and other countries. By using the Service, you understand that your information will be processed outside your home country.
Children
The Service is built for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new effective date, and we will email account holders about material changes.
