The service

TLDR Solutions analyzes data you provide and runs automations you approve. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Your responsibilities

• You have the right to upload the data you provide and to connect the tools you connect.
• You are responsible for messages sent from your account, including reminders you approve. Review every draft before it goes out.
• Keep your password secure.

Estimates are not guarantees

Hours and dollar savings are estimates produced from your data and AI analysis. We make no promise of any particular result. Automations may be wrong or incomplete, so check outputs before relying on them.

Plans and billing

Seeing what we find is free. Automations require a paid monthly plan billed by Stripe. Plans renew monthly until you cancel from your portal (Manage billing). Cancelling stops future charges and pauses your automations. We do not provide partial refunds for the current month unless required by law.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to send spam or unlawful messages, to process data you have no right to use, or to interfere with the service.

Ending the service

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or fail to pay.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
